Service Description
HIIT meets rhythm. HIITMO is a rhythm-driven full body workout combining elements of HIIT, strength training and cross training. The class focuses on controlled, repetitive movements performed to the beat, creating a session that builds strength, endurance and coordination. Using mats, 1kg dumbbells and resistance bands, we move through timed intervals targeting the entire body — shoulders, arms, glutes, core and legs. Expect exercises like presses, squats, pulses and floor work, with a training style inspired by functional fitness and Pilates control. This is not a dance class — the music simply drives the tempo and keeps the workout flowing.
