about
Founded in 2021 by Mallo Santo from Brazil and Jei Nú from Venezuela, Latin Fusion is where fitness meets sensuality, intense workouts meet fun, and strength meets suave. It’s where "BORA!" meets "Let’s go!" – all set to the spiciest Latin rhythms, from Brazil to Venezuela.
Latin Fusion was born during the pandemic as a social project to bring smiles back to people’s faces. Back then, we could only meet outdoors and keep our distance, but it was still a way to stick together through tough times. Our idea was to fuse Mallo and Jei’s unique movement backgrounds: Jei brought the fire of Dembow and Reggaeton, while Mallo brought the irresistible rebolado of Brazilian Funk and Brega.
Our first class took place at Gleisdreieck Park with just six friends who came to give us feedback and help us try things out. Within days, we grew to around 100 people twerking under the sun with us. It was magical!
Eventually, our group became too large for public spaces, and we had to find new venues. Today, we’re proud to call the iconic SchwuZ Queer Club in Berlin our home. SchwuZ is a legendary space that celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and vibrant nightlife – the perfect stage for our high-energy Latin Fusion community.
We’re overjoyed to have grown into Berlin’s happiest Latin community. Join us and feel the rhythm, the joy, and the connection that makes Latin Fusion so special!
