Inspired by Brazilian training culture, the class combines strength, cardio and functional exercises designed to make you sweat while building endurance and lower body power. Using resistance bands only, we move through sequences of squats, pulses, lunges, booty activation and cardio intervals — all performed to powerful Latin and club-inspired beats. Expect a fast-paced 45-minute session that challenges your stamina while keeping the energy fun, empowering and accessible to all fitness levels.
